Simpson, Secretary of the Lubavitcher Rebbe, It Served As the First Chabad Center in the Brighton Beach Area. Since 2020, Rabbi David Okunov, A Descendant of A Notable Chabad Lubavitch Family of Rabbis Devoted To Russian Jewry, Has Been Appointed Spiritual Leader of the Chabad Oceanview Jewish Center. A Married Father of Five, Together With His Wife Yocheved, Serve As Emissaries of the Rebbe, Rabbi Menachem M. Schneerson, for the Chabad-Lubavitch Movement.
